Balter Brewing Count the Cold Ones Competition T&Cs

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms) apply to the “Balter Count the Cold Ones” (Promotion) conducted by Balter Brewing Company Pty Ltd (ABN 60 603 612 569) of 14 Traders Way, Currumbin Waters, QLD 4223 (Promoter).

1.2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.

2.2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies or companies are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on 27 November 2025 and ends at 8:30pm AEST on 29 November 2025.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the online entry form available via the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide full and accurate contact details.

4.2. Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

5.1. There is one (1) prize pack to be won.

5.2. The prize includes:

• Beer for a year: 12 cases of any Balter core range
Prize is 'Beer for a Year' consisting of 12 cases valued $720. The prize will be provided to each winner as two separate deliveries over a period of 12 months - six cases (as outlined above) per delivery.  Each delivery will be to the winner's nominated Australian residential address.

6. Prize Conditions

6.1. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6.2. Alcohol prizes will only be awarded to winners aged 18 years or over and proof of age will be required.

6.3. The prize will be supplied in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Balter Brewing reserves the right to refuse service in line with these laws.

6.4. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize (including transport, accommodation, or additional purchases) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be drawn at random at Balter Brewing Company, 14 Traders Way, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223 on 1 December 2025 at 3:00pm AEST.

7.2. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

7.3. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to a new winner.

7.4. The entrant who correctly guesses the total number of cans in the box (located at the PGA Brisbane event) will be deemed the winner. If multiple entrants submit the correct guess, a single winner will be randomly selected from those correct entries. If no entrant guesses the exact total, the entrant(s) with the closest guess will be identified, and one winner will be randomly selected from those entries.

8. Use of Personal Information

8.1. Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with Balter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8.2. Entrants may receive future marketing communications from the Promoter unless they opt out via the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

9. Liability

9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, late or lost entries, or any other errors beyond its reasonable control.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant in connection with the Promotion or prize.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or that tampers with the entry process.

10.2. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
