1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 3:00pm AEST 14 October 2026 and closes at 10:00pm AEST on 16 November 2026 (Promotion Period).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion, and their immediate families.

The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age, identity and residency at any time.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must scan the QR code displayed at the Balter Taproom Currumbin during the Promotion Period and complete and submit the online entry form as instructed.

Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period.

Entries received after the Promotion Period has closed will not be eligible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be processed for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 17 November 2026 at 10:00am AEST at 14 Traders Way, Currumbin Waters QLD.

The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a replacement winner.

6. Prize

One prize package will be awarded to the selected winner, comprising:

• 2 x VIP tickets to Rolling Sets 2026, with the winner choosing either the Tweed Heads or Newcastle event, subject to availability;
• Guest list access for 2 people to the Balter rooftop at the selected Rolling Sets event;
• 1 x $100 Balter Taproom bar tab; and
• 1 x $200 Balter merchandise e-gift card.

The total prize value is up to $970.

The prize will be awarded and provided to the selected winner only. No part of the prize will be issued, sent or distributed separately to the winner's guest or any other person. The Promoter will communicate directly with the winner only regarding prize fulfilment.

The winner may share the experience with one guest. The winner is solely responsible for nominating their guest, providing their guest with the relevant ticket and guest list access details, and coordinating their guest's attendance. The guest is not a separate prize winner and has no entitlement to receive any part of the prize directly from the Promoter.

7. Prize Conditions

The VIP tickets and Balter rooftop guest list access are subject to availability and the applicable Rolling Sets event terms, conditions and entry requirements. Both the winner and their guest must comply with all applicable event and venue requirements.

The $100 Taproom bar tab is redeemable at the Balter Taproom, 14 Traders Way, Currumbin QLD, subject to venue operating hours and applicable conditions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

The $200 Balter merchandise e-gift card will be sent electronically to the selected winner's email address. It is subject to the applicable e-gift card terms and redemption conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The winner is responsible for ensuring their guest is informed of any relevant event requirements and for coordinating their guest's attendance. The Promoter is not responsible for the guest's failure to attend or comply with event or venue requirements.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

8. Alcohol prize

The alcohol component of the prize is only available to the winner if the winner is aged 18 years or over and can provide satisfactory proof of age if requested by the Promoter.

The alcohol prize must not be sold or supplied to anyone under 18 years of age. Responsible consumption is encouraged.

The Promoter may substitute the alcohol prize with a prize of equivalent value where required by law or where delivery of the alcohol prize is not reasonably practicable.

9. General conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, age and eligibility, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or otherwise unable to be received or processed for any reason.

Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with entering the promotion and attending Rolling Sets, including travel, accommodation, meals and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Information will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and manage participation.

Entrants will only receive ongoing marketing communications if they separately opt in to receive them. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
