Brewing beer is supposed to be fun. And the most fun you ever have is with your mates, laughing, joking, not a care in the world. We’ve teamed up with the champions at Mountain Culture Beer Co to create a drop that’s bursting with character and totally unselfconscious. We call it Cashed Up Bogan.

This Strong Hazy Pale has all the good kit like Mosaic, NZ Cascade, Amarillo and a brand new NZ Rhapsody variety from Clayton Hops. It’s also brewed with Oats and Wheat for a soft mouth feel. The beer even pours with a foamy head that looks as good as a freshly cut mullet.

“Brewing with the Mountain Culture guys is always super fun,” says Balter Head Brewer Jimmy Belsey about the collaboration. “DJ and Jumbo down there know how to have a blast.  Everyone's always joking and having a laugh but when it comes to the beer, it's taken seriously. I think they're one of the crew in Australia, who really brew with enjoyment, which is what we’re all about.”

Expect the beer to be absolutely enjoyable too. Bright citrus, mango and passionfruit shine with a twist of lime, in an ale that’s as juicy as that piece of gossip you just heard from Auntie Shazza.
